Shipping & Delivery
Our items are shipped from our warehouse in Salt Lake City, UT. Packages are shipped UPS Ground or USPS, unless expedited shipping is selected. A tracking number will be sent to the email you provided at check out once the item is shipped. Please note we cannot ship UPS to PO Boxes. Billing addresses must be within USA. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to Canada nor can we accept a billing address with a Canadian address.

– We collect personal information for the sole purpose of fulfilling your order. Accordingly, we will collect information such as, but not limited to, name, phone number, shipping address and billing information.

– Billing information is processed through a third party called Authorize.net. L’CHEF LLC does not store any credit card information. Your personal data will not be sold or given to any other company. We store your data for the purpose of fulfilling your order and following up with orders if needed. If you desire to return your item you will need to receive a Return Authorization Number. In order to receive this authorization call us at 1-800-692-6724 or email us at email@example.com. Once you have received this Authorization Number you can return it to the address below. Please note returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee and we cannot accept returns on used items.
