- 1 Large egg
- 1 Tbsp Water
- 1 Tbsp Olive oil
- 1/2 of 10 oz. pkg Frozen chopped spinach, drained
- 2 cups Whole wheat, kamut or spelt flour
Purée egg, water, oil and spinach in food processor or blender. Add flour and pulse to combine. Proceed with pasta rolling directions in Basic Pasta Recipe.
