- 4 Tbsp White bean flour
- 4 Tbsp Butter
- 2 cups Chicken broth (substitute beef broth for brown gravy)
- Salt and pepper
- Grind white beans in your NutriMill Harvest mill, or other grain mill.
- In a medium skillet, melt butter.
- Sprinkle in flour and whisk until smooth. Cook for 1 minute.
- Add broth, stirring continuously to avoid lumps. Continue cooking, stirring frequently, until mixture thickens.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
