MultiGrain Flour Blend


  • 1 Cup Brown Rice
  • 1 Cup Millet
  • 1 Cup Barley
  • 1 Cup Oat Groats
  • 1 Cup Quinoa
  • 1 Cup Buckwheat
  • 1 Cup Kamut
  • 1 Cup Whole Wheat


  1. Set the grain mill on the finest setting.
  2. Combine all of the ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.
  3. Working in batches, pour the mixture into the hopper of your grain mill.
  4. Once all of the grains have been milled, transfer the flour to a large bowl and use a whisk to break up any clumps.
  5. Store the MultiGrain flour in an airtight container in a cool, dry place.

Note: You can adjust the fineness of the flour by adjusting the setting on your grain mill.
