I love my Impact Grain Mill.

"I work 6 days a week but still find time to grind my wheat and make my bread. It’s so easy. I was a beginner almost 9 months ago, but now my husband raves about my bread. I never baked bread before in my life. I stopped eating “healthy” wheat bread from the store. Thank you Nutrimill for making your products affordable. It was a great investment!"

Impressive

"When I first got my mill, I had a bag of corn meal on my shelf that was sitting, unused because it was too coarse. I put it through the mill on the finest setting and it milled it quickly and perfectly. That night, I cooked cornbread with the cornmeal that I had refused to use because it was so coarse. That is only the beginning of my journey. I have milled cornbread, wheat and spelt, all without problems. Everything comes out perfectly."

Love it!!

"I’m really happy with the NutriMill Impact. It mills grain quickly, produces consistently fine flour, and is much quieter than I expected. It’s easy to use, simple to clean, and has made a noticeable difference in the quality of my homemade bread and baked goods. Definitely worth it for anyone interested in fresh-milled flour!"

Impact grain mill

"I LOVE IT SO MUCH! It works quickly and efficiently. It’s very easy to use and compact enough to store. I took it over to a friend’s who has been using a kitchen aid mill attachment that takes forever to mill. She was absolutely sold on it. She is also going to invest in the same one I have. It’s one of my best investments ever!"

Gerald C. (5/5)

Great mill

"I’ve only used it once but milled 8 cups in no time. A bit loud, but I’ll take that for the convenience any day. So far, great product."

1st time Milling

"Beautiful grain mill! User friendly and makes milling my own grains stress free and enjoyable. So excited and thankful for this product and looking forward to years of use! Highly recommend!"

Vanessa M. (5/5)

Very fine flour

"This is the perfect economy mill. The flour is fine enough for bread and with sifting fine enough for pastries. It is perfect for beginners. It also grinds a significant amount of flour quickly. It is a little loud but for the quality of flour worth it."

So nice and quick

"I love the speed and end results. Is it a little loud, yes, so what. So is a vacuum sweeper."

Rhonette w. (5/5)

Easy Peasy

"Well this transformed my bread making. Bought a reconditioned model. It works perfect, fast and fine. Super happy with this product. They go WAY out of there way to make instructions CLEAR. The instructions are simple and clear. Stickers on the product itself with instructions and an oversized product sheet that is hard cardboard for quick reference. Took me minutes to start using it. So far only making wheatberry flour. But can't wait to make other things. Also no mess and extremely easy to maintain the unit. . . Well made overall."

Lynne (5/5)

First mill

"This is my first mill, so I don’t have a frame of reference. However, this thing mills the heck out of things. Flour is perfect for bread at setting 2."

Feed Rate

The feed rate knob controls both the milling speed and texture of the flour. The first notch powers on the mill, while each additional notch (up to seven) increases the feed rate. Lower feed rates yield finer flour, while higher feed rates provide coarser textures. Adjusting the feed rate helps you achieve the perfect texture, no matter the grain or legume type.

Feed Rate 1: Best for fine milling of small grains like quinoa.

Feed Rate 2: Suitable for coarser milling of small grains.

Feed Rates 2-3: Ideal for fine milling of medium-sized grains, such as wheat.

Feed Rates 4+: Recommended for coarser milling of medium-sized grains.

Feed Rates 3-4: Works well for fine milling of larger grains or legumes, like beans.

Feed Rates 5+: Provides coarser textures for larger grains and beans.

With these settings, you can adjust the texture to your preference based on grain type and size, all with a single, easy-to-use knob.
