Gift Card Terms

Thank you for choosing a NutriMill gift card! These terms apply to NutriMill digital gift cards purchased on nutrimill.com. Gift cards are issued by L'Chef LLC, doing business as NutriMill. By purchasing or using a gift card, you agree to these terms.

Using Your Gift Card

Gift cards can be used to purchase products on nutrimill.com for orders shipping within the United States. Enter your gift card code at checkout and the amount of your order will be deducted from your balance. If your order total is more than your balance, you can pay the difference with another payment method. Any remaining balance stays on the card for future orders.

Gift cards can be used together with discount codes. They can't be applied to orders that were already placed, and they can't be used at retail stores, on Amazon or other marketplaces, or on our wholesale site.

Expiration and Fees

NutriMill gift cards never expire, and we never charge fees of any kind, including activation, inactivity, or service fees.

Checking Your Balance

Your gift card email includes a link where you can view your current balance at any time. Your balance is also shown when you enter your code at checkout. If you need help with your balance, please contact our customer service team.

Cash Redemption

Gift cards can't be redeemed for cash, except where required by law. If your state requires us to refund a remaining balance in cash, we will honor that request. For example, California residents may request cash for a remaining balance under $15. To request a cash redemption, please contact our customer service team.

Refunds and Returns

Gift card purchases are non-refundable, except where required by law. Gift cards are not reloadable. If you return an item that was paid for with a gift card, the refund for that portion will be issued back to your gift card in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Lost or Stolen Gift Cards

Please treat your gift card like cash. We aren't responsible for lost or stolen gift cards or for use without your permission. If you lose your gift card email, contact us with your order number and we'll do our best to help, including resending the gift card to the original email address.

Fraud

We may cancel or decline a gift card if we believe it was purchased or used fraudulently, including with an unauthorized payment method.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes won't reduce the balance of a gift card you already own or add an expiration date or fees.
