NutriMill Affiliate Purchasing Account Terms

These terms apply to every NutriMill affiliate who is granted an Affiliate Purchasing Account ("you"). They are part of the NutriMill Affiliate Program Agreement (the "Agreement"), and capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings given in the Agreement. When NutriMill approves your Purchasing Account, you will be asked to confirm that you accept these terms. Each order you place through your Purchasing Account also confirms your acceptance.

1. Purpose and Access

The Purchasing Account lets approved affiliates buy select NutriMill, Bosch, and Magimix products at affiliate pricing for use in promoting NutriMill. Access is granted at NutriMill's sole discretion and is personal to you. You may not share your account or place orders for others. To request access, email affiliates@nutrimill.com.

2. Permitted Uses

You may use Purchasing Account orders to:

Create affiliate content featuring the products, or showcase them in person
Run in-person demonstrations, such as baking or milling classes
Sell products in person at vendor booths, markets, classes, or events (see Section 4)
Run giveaways, in person or online (see Section 5)
Give products as gifts, such as thank-you gifts, collaborations, or holiday promotions

3. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

Resell products online, including on personal websites, Etsy, Amazon, eBay, Facebook Marketplace, Shopify, or similar platforms
Use orders to stock any type of online inventory
Sell products to another reseller or retailer
Share or publicly disclose your affiliate pricing

4. In-Person Sales

In-person sales permitted under Section 2 are a limited exception to the resale and retailer restrictions in Section 6 of the Agreement. If you sell products in person:

You are solely responsible for any business licenses, permits, and sales tax collection and reporting that apply to your sales.
You sell as an independent seller, not as a NutriMill retailer, dealer, or representative.
Products you sell are covered only by the applicable manufacturer warranty, if any. You may not make any warranty, guarantee, or return promise on behalf of NutriMill, Bosch, or Magimix.
You must sell products new and in their original condition, and you must not describe them as being sold or endorsed by NutriMill.

5. Giveaways

If you run a giveaway using products from your Purchasing Account, you are solely responsible for it, including compliance with all applicable sweepstakes and contest laws (for example, no purchase necessary and required official rules) and the rules of any platform you use. You may not state or imply that NutriMill sponsors, administers, or endorses your giveaway.

6. FTC Disclosure

Receiving products at affiliate pricing is a material connection to NutriMill. Any content featuring products bought through your Purchasing Account must include the disclosure required by Section 2 of the Agreement.

7. Pricing and Confidentiality

When you are logged in to your Purchasing Account, affiliate pricing is applied automatically and appears on the site as the regular price. This pricing differs from retail pricing, is NutriMill confidential information, and is for affiliate use only.

8. No Combining Discounts

Affiliate pricing cannot be combined with any other discount or incentive, including:

Discount codes
Site-wide sales or special offers
Free gift promotions
Loyalty points or rewards programs
Any other promotion available to retail customers

To use a public promotion, place the order through a regular customer account instead.

9. Commissions

Purchasing Account orders do not earn commission.

10. Returns

Purchasing Account orders are final sale. Items that arrive damaged or defective must be reported to affiliates@nutrimill.com within 14 days of delivery and will be handled under the applicable manufacturer warranty or replaced at NutriMill's discretion.

11. NutriMill's Rights

NutriMill may, at any time and with or without cause or notice:

Refuse, limit, or cancel any order, including orders that appear to exceed reasonable promotional quantities
Change affiliate pricing or the products available through the Purchasing Account
Suspend or close your Purchasing Account, or end the Purchasing Account program

12. Monitoring and Enforcement

NutriMill may monitor Purchasing Account orders and follow up on any activity that appears inconsistent with these terms. If you violate these terms, NutriMill may:

Close your Purchasing Account
Remove you from the NutriMill Affiliate Program under Section 15 of the Agreement
Decline future partnership opportunities with you

13. Changes

NutriMill may update these terms under the change process in Section 7 of the Agreement. Orders are governed by the terms in effect when the order is placed.
