NutriMill Affiliate Purchasing Account – Terms & Conditions

As a NutriMill affiliate, you're eligible to create a Purchasing Account to buy select NutriMill, Bosch Mixer, and Magimix products at an exclusive discounted rate. This opportunity is designed to support promotion and educational efforts within your community.

Permitted Uses
You may use your discounted affiliate purchasing account to:

• Buy products for in-person demonstrations such as baking or milling classes
• Stock and sell products at vendor booths, markets, or in-person classes and events
• Provide giveaways, both in person and online
• Purchase for gifting purposes such as thank you gifts, collaborations, or holiday promos
• Purchase for your own personal use to create affiliate-related content or showcase products in person

Prohibited Uses
To protect the integrity of this program and our affiliate relationships:

• You may not resell these products online, including but not limited to personal websites, Etsy, Amazon, eBay, Facebook Marketplace, Shopify, or similar platforms
  
• Orders must not be used to stock any type of online inventory
• You may not share or publicly disclose the discounted pricing provided through this account
• Pricing is confidential and for affiliate use only

Discount and Promotion Limitations
Affiliate purchasing accounts already include built-in discounted pricing. Because of this, additional discounts and incentives cannot be stacked. This includes but is not limited to:

• Promo or discount codes
• Site wide sales or special offers
• Free gift promotions
• Loyalty points or rewards programs
• Other promotional incentives available to retail customers

If you wish to use a public promotion or discount, you must place the order through a regular customer account instead of your affiliate purchasing account.

Account Misuse
If you violate any of the terms listed above, the following actions may be taken:

• Immediate revocation of your purchasing account
• Termination of your affiliate status with NutriMill
• Ineligibility for future partnership opportunities

We reserve the right to monitor purchases and follow up on any activity that appears inconsistent with these terms.

Important Note on Discount Visibility
When logged in to your affiliate purchasing account, the website will look almost exactly the same, you’ll see discounted pricing automatically applied on the site it will appear as a "normal price". This pricing differs from what regular customers see and should not be shared or discussed publicly.

This program exists to uplift your work and passion for real food, home baking, and whole grains. Abuse of this benefit risks it being removed for everyone.
