"I love these jars. I have 2 of them plus I also have 2 jars from Kneadace. The NutriMill jars are less expensive and easier to clean. The Kneadace jars come with both silicone and fabric covers which is really nice for when my starter is rising or when it's being stored in the fridge. Those would be nice additions for the NutriMill jar but not necessary. The NutriMill jar will now be the one I give to others when they start their sourdough journey. I highly recommend this jar for sourdough starter."
