Frequently Asked Questions
For finer flour turn the feed rate knob just until the grain begins to feed.
Larger grains require a higher setting to be able to feed through the mill. For example most wheat wont begin to feed until feed rate 2 or 3.
NutriMill warrants the Impact grain mill to be free of manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for 5 years, with a Limited Lifetime warranty on the motor and milling heads. Defective products will be repaired or replaced with a comparable model at our sole discretion upon receiving the defective product.
The hopper will only go on one way. Make sure the large tab is aligned with the large slot.
Make sure the the hopper is fully inserted and locked into place, the power cord is inserted all the way, and the canister is locked in place before turning on your mill.
The Hopper, Lid, Canister, Cyclo Cup, and Filter Holder are dishwasher safe, top rack recommended. The filter can be hand washed. The Milling base should be spot cleaned only. Ensure all parts are thoroughly dry before milling.
