A deliciously simple no-bake snack packed with protein, healthy fats, and a hint of indulgence. These Everything Protein Balls feature wholesome ingredients like milled oats, peanut butter, coconut, and a scoop of protein to fuel your day, perfect for pre- or post-workout, lunchboxes, or anytime you need a quick energy boost.

Ingredients

1/2 C. Raw Honey

1/2 C. Peanut Butter (Use your favorite kind!)

1/2 C. Hazelnut Spread (Nutella)

1/2 tsp. Vanilla Extract

1 1/3 C. Organic Oats (Milled rough)

1 scoop Organic Vanilla Protein Powder

1 scoop Almond Flour

1/2 tsp. Sea Salt

1/3 C. Organic Unsweetened Coconut

1/4 C. Mini Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips

Directions
Mill the Oats - Measure 1 1/3 cups of organic oats and mill them on a coarse setting using the Harvest Mill. Set aside.
Mix Wet Ingredients - In the bowl of your Bosch mixer, combine the raw honey, peanut butter, hazelnut spread, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and fully blended.
Add Dry Ingredients - Add the coarse milled oats, protein powder, almond flour, sea salt, shredded coconut, and mini chocolate chips to the mixer.
Combine - Turn on your Bosch mixer and mix until all ingredients are thoroughly combined into a uniform dough.
Scoop & Chill - Use a small or large cookie scoop to portion the mixture into balls. Place them on a parchment-lined cookie sheet.
Refrigerate or Freeze - Chill in the refrigerator for 30–45 minutes or freeze for 15–20 minutes until firm. Once set, transfer to a sealed container or ziplock bag for storage.
