In the Artiste Mixer or Bosch Mixer, combine the Ezekiel flour, honey, and olive oil.
In a separate bowl, combine the warm water and yeast. Let sit for 5 minutes until frothy.
Add the yeast mixture to the flour mixture and mix to combine.
Add the salt and mix until a dough forms.
Knead the dough on a floured surface for 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
Place the dough in a lightly greased bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let rise in a warm place for 1 hour.Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
