Whole Grain Pizza Dough

Consider this your new go-to pizza dough for homemade pizza night. Made with fresh milled flour, it delivers great flavor, beautiful texture, and consistent results.
Ingredients

3 cups warm water

6-8 cups hard white wheat flour

1 tbsp salt

2 tbsp honey

1 tbsp instant yeast
Directions
Put water, honey and 3 cups of flour in a Bosch or Artiste mixer.
Mix until paste consistency, then add yeast and salt. Add additional flour 1 cup at a time only until mixture pulls away from sides of bowl. You may need to add entire amount of flour or you may need to add a bit more.
Continue to knead the dough until it reaches a windowpane.
Leave the dough in the bowl with the lid on and let rise till doubled in size. (20-30 minutes)
Place pizza stone in oven and preheat to 500 degrees. Roll crusts to desired shapes and sizes. Add favorite toppings and bake on stone for 7 minutes.
Slice and enjoy!
