Ingredients

1 Cup Brown Rice

1 Cup Millet

1 Cup Barley

1 Cup Oat Groats

1 Cup Quinoa

1 Cup Buckwheat

1 Cup Kamut

1 Cup Whole Wheat
Directions
Set the grain mill on the finest setting.
Combine all of the ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.
Working in batches, pour the mixture into the hopper of your grain mill.
Once all of the grains have been milled, transfer the flour to a large bowl and use a whisk to break up any clumps.
Store the MultiGrain flour in an airtight container in a cool, dry place.
