"Excellent. There's a blade for ruffle-cut slices and two for julienne--one for matchsticks (2mm x 2mm) and one for a (2mm x 12mm) ribbon. All three cuts make for a professional-looking presentation and the blades are SO sharp that little-to-no juice is expressed when processing. Contrary to what another reviewer posted, there's room for FOUR disks in the included storage case; mine holds the optional 2mm x 6mm julienne disk (also available from NutriMill), which expands my options to three julienne cuts. The storage case is ESSENTIAL for safe storage of the disks' razor-sharp cutting blades and is attractive and well made (I wish NutriMill sold them separately). If you want fancier cutting options, this is a terrific set that expands the versatility of your Magimix 5200XL or 4200XL."
