Our Hard Red Spring Wheat Berries have a much bolder flavor profile and can be milled into flour that is perfect for creating rich sourdoughs. All of our bulk wheat berries are Non-GMO Project Verified, Kosher, 100% Non-Irradiated, and their farm is Certified Sustainable.
