Whole Grain Nutrition Display

See what white flour leaves behind.

For education & inspiration only - not for consumption.

Let your display do the talking. Our Whole Grain Nutrition Display is an easy, eye-catching way to show just how much gets stripped away when wheat is turned into white flour. Each clear, labeled vial contains a real part of the wheat kernel from the bran and germ to the oils and nutrients that are often lost during processing. It's a visual reminder of everything that's in a whole kernel.

Whether you're at a farmer's market, in a classroom, or setting up a booth, this display helps spark the conversation about whole grains, fresh flour, and why home milling matters. Pair it with your NutriMill grain mill to complete the story and help others see how simple it is to keep every part of the grain in their baking.

This display is not edible; it's for visual use only. Keep it in a cool, dry place to maintain its appearance.

What's inside each vial and why it matters:

Use this as a teaching tool to show which parts of the kernel are removed in refined flour and kept in fresh-milled flour.

• Whole Grain - This is the full kernel: bran, germ, and endosperm, all intact. It's how flour is meant to be loaded with fiber, nutrients, and flavor. When you mill fresh, nothing is removed and nothing is wasted.
• Bran - The fiber-rich outer layer of the grain. It also carries B vitamins, iron, and magnesium. White flour processing removes it for texture and shelf life.
• Middlings - A nutrient-dense mix of fine bran, germ, and endosperm particles. These get discarded in commercial sifting, but they carry a share of the kernel's vitamins and minerals. Milling at home keeps them in the mix.
• Wheat Germ - This is the nutrient powerhouse of the grain, loaded with vitamin E, folate, zinc, and unsaturated fats. It's removed in white flour to extend shelf life, but it's one of the most valuable parts of the kernel.
• Wheat Germ Oil - A golden oil naturally found in the germ. It contains vitamin E and unsaturated fats. Commercial mills strip it out to prevent spoilage, but milling fresh at home lets you keep it all.

Why people love it:

• Pre-filled and clearly labeled vials
• Visually powerful and easy to understand
• Lightweight and portable for travel, booths, and workshops
• Designed to educate, inspire, and spark curiosity

Perfect for home bakers, teachers, sourdough educators, farmers markets, and anyone sharing the story of freshly milled flour and real food.
