Love my Nuritmill

"I love my Nurtimill so much, that I bought a second one for our lake house. I like that I can mill 10 cups+ of wheat berries at one time and it’s so quick. I have recommended this grain mill to several friends and they’ve bought one too. Get them while they’re in stock, I had to wait on my first grain mill."

Great mill for a beginner

"I have only used the mill once and I actually don’t feel like it was as loud as some people claim. I have no experience with milling grain but wanted to try it and I feel that it did a great job. The directions with the video explained the set up and function well. My bread turned out perfect the first time!"

Keri O. (5/5)

So fun!

"New to milling. Excited about the possibilities. Made it through the starting setup and milled one batch of flour so far. So easy to use and clean. Cookies tasted amazing. 🤩"

Simply awesome!

"After using a manual hand-crank mill that took at least an hour and a lot of physical energy to mill just a few cups… making the switch to Nutrimill is absolutely amazing! In less than a minute I can mill the grains I need and crank out all sorts of goodies! Thank you Nutrimill for making a wonderful powerhouse mill and my fresh milled baking a heck of a lot easier!"

LOVE my NutriMill Classic!

"I already had a Classic that I used all the time for milling grains for freshly milled flours. I’d been milling my own flour for over 4 years and had people ordering stuff from me. At the beginning of August, I was diagnosed with Celiac Disease. That meant no more freshly milled flour for me. I also could not use that mill for gluten-free grains. After reading a LOT and tasting the gluten-free breads, I knew I needed a new mill so I could make my own! Of course I ordered a new Classic! No, I don’t have it down yet, but with the Classic and a lot of determination, I WILL make gluten-free bread that is better than “ok”."

Love It!

"I’m just getting started on my bread making journey and am very pleased with the way this mill works. The flour is a nice consistency and my bread has turned out perfectly."

Julie P. (5/5)

Clean Machine

"My Nutrimill Classic mills all my wheat berries quickly and well. I can choose how fine or coarse I want it to be. It doesn't make a mess because the flour is contained in the bowl. It has greatly shortened the time I spend milling."

Suzanne C. (5/5)

Great mill

"This mill does a fine job of grinding my hard red wheat so a fine, floury texture. The only thing I don’t like is that is is terribly loud. If you live in an apartment complex, I would advise giving your neighbors a heads up before using it."

Jesse R. (5/5)

Great Mill Purchase

"This is a great mill for beginners and also if you want to grind a larger amount without having to monitor the bowl. It is so simple to us. My only push back is the amount you have to clean afterwards. If you plan to mill daily, the Harvest might the be the mill for you."

Can the classic grinder, grind almonds
No, the Mills can not grind nuts. They have oils in them and would cause clogging. The Mills can only grind dried non-oily grains and legumes. Here is a link to the list of approved grains. Impact Milling Heads

Stainless Steel Milling Heads - The Classic Mill uses a high-speed impact chamber (micronized) to produce flour from grains and beans.

400% Range Adjustment - This makes it ten times greater than previous impact mills and can be adjusted from fine to coarse flour.

Whisper Quiet™ - Noise reduction is achieved with a sound level similar to that of a vacuum cleaner. This is quieter than the first generation of impact mill designs.

No Mess - The grinding mechanism is designed to be self-cleaning and dust-free, eliminating the need for extra housecleaning after grinding grain.

20 Cup - Flour Canister Capacity

12 Cup - Grain Hopper Capacity

The Classic Mill is perfectly sized to prevent spills.

Feed Rate & Motor

Feed Rate - This knob controls how quickly or slowly grains feed into the milling heads by adjusting the size of the opening . Slower feed rates often yield finer flour, while faster feed rates yield coarser textures. The size of the grain or legume will also affect the feed rate.

Motor Speed - This knob adjusts the speed of the milling heads. Higher the speed the finer the flour.

For a course flour: set to a low motor speed and a high feed rate.

For a finer flour: set to a fast motor speed and a slow feed rate.

By adjusting both knobs, you can adapt to different types of grains and achieve the texture you want.

I can’t recommend this mill enough. I searched, watched videos and talked to people for weeks before I made my decision. I love love love this mill. Easy to assemble, easy to clean with an air compressor, easy to use! Dump in your measured grain and let it mill! Amazing. You won’t regret this purchase.
