Works Like a Charm for Smaller Sourdough Bread Loaves!

"I mixed Sourdough Bread in my Bosch Universal Plus with the dough guide. The only problem is trying not to "lose" it when I'm done and it's clean-up time. I've already mis-placed two of them! This time i ordered five and keep them in a small covered next to the mixer & count them every time I'm done mixing the dough."
