"So happy with my sifter. I love the ability to never buy commercial flour ever again! It sifts my freshly milled flour, so I can have access to an all-purpose flour with a lighter taste without the worry of what's been added. Perfect for when I blend whole wheat 3:2 with all-purpose to get a lighter flavor in my bread, or for using 100% all-purpose to make a pie crust."
"This is a very well made sifter, however, it does take a long time to sift as the mesh is very small. A size a bit larger would really be nice. The flour comes out very fine. Very nice for a cake, but I added some bran back in the second time I used it. You do have to account for the extra bran that is removed when grinding your grain, it is a lot. A good product."

"The instructions are not real clear on how to attach this to my Bosch mixer. The whole thing came apart the first time I attempted to use it. I'm hoping I can find a tutorial."

"I purchased this to sift powdered sugar. Definitely does not work with powdered sugar, don't bother. I'm not sure how to would work with flour. Also, the plastic thing that goes over the drive shaft was shredded during use. Proceed with caution! I would send back but I believe I tossed the box."
"The flour sifter works as described, but my 2 complaints are that I wish the screen wasn't so fine. Because it's so fine, it fills the upper chamber fast with the bran. I tried to remove it to dump it and it was not easy so bran went all over the place and back in the already sifted flour. It could definitely use some improvements."
