"I found the website to be lacking in what was required to get the whisk assembly to work with the slicer shredder bowl. Customer service has been pretty responsive but after spending the money for what I think I needed, I’m still not able to use it since I’ve finally found out that the part I need is on back order. It’s been very frustrating."

"The shipping was fast & the item arrived in perfect condition! Unfortunately, it was the wrong bowl. I called 4 or 5 days ago and spoke to someone who said that they would start the return process for me, but I haven't heard anything since. I'm sure that it's in process, but it would be nice to hear something."
