"This part did not fit my Bosch Universal mixer. i got this for my wedding gift 30 years ago. The bottom of the new part was a three screw pattern. But original mixer was a 4 screw pattern. The diameter of the too of the shaft was just a little too wide. Thanks to my handy dandy husband he was able to use the original broken part to exchange the bottoms so the 4 screw base was used. (He took it off of the old part. ) He also ground down the top so the cookie paddles and dough whip both fit."
