This Neapolitan ice cream, made in the NutriMill Ice Cream Maker using Junket ice cream mixes, brings together three classic flavors in one scoop: vanilla, chocolate, and strawberry, each mix churned separately to a smooth, creamy consistency and layered together for that classic tri-color look everyone remembers from childhood, all with the simplicity of a no-fuss boxed mix.
Ingredients
Vanilla Junket Ice Cream - 1 ¼ cups of whole milk + ¾ cups heavy cream
Chocolate Junket Ice Cream - 1 ¼ cups of whole milk + ¾ cups heavy cream
Strawberry Junket Ice Cream - 1 ¼ cups of whole milk + ¾ cups heavy cream
Directions
Follow the Junket Ice Cream Mix Instructions for all 3 flavors, mix in separate bowls, then churn them all separately.
Using reusable ice cream containers, layer the strawberry and place on lid and lay on its side in the freezer, then repeat with vanilla and chocolate to create the classic neapolitan look.
