This s'mores ice cream, captures the campfire favorite in a scoop: a toasted marshmallow base swirled with graham cracker crumbles and chunks of semi-sweet chocolate, churned right in the NutriMill Ice Cream Maker for an easy no-fuss treat that brings all the flavor of a s'more without ever lighting a fire.

S'mores Ice Cream

Ingredients

  • Chocolate Junket Mix - 1 ¼ cups of whole milk + ¾ cups heavy cream

  • Crushed Graham Crackers

  • Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chip

  • Marshmallow Fluff

Directions

  1. Follow the Junket Ice Cream Mix Instructions to make the chocolate ice cream.

  2. Assemble the NutriMill Ice Cream Maker attachment: place it in your mixer bowl, then pack the stainless steel ice cream bowl with alternating layers of ice and rock salt.

  3. Pour the chocolate mixture into the stainless steel bowl, attach the paddle, and secure the lid.

  4. Set your mixer to speed 2-3 and churn for 20-30 minutes.

  5. In Reusable Ice Cream Containers, layer the ice cream with the crushed graham crackers, semi-sweet chocolate chips, and marshmallow fluff.

  6. Place in the freezer to solidify and allow the crackers to soften.

  7. After a few hours, open and enjoy!
