Este recipiente de acero inoxidable no se traba en la batidora, pero funcionará con todas las batidoras universales de Bosch.

"I was looking forward to getting this bowl. I love my Nutrimill Artiste mixer, but want fond of the center post. This bowl takes that out of the equation. I wish there was a handle of some sort on the center lid. I added one, but it would have been nice to have one."
"I love the idea of the bottom drive but after making 5 batches of dough (2 — 900g loaves) I have found that the higher hydration dough sticks to the bottom of the bowl in a thin layer. I do not have that issue with my white bowl with the pillar in the middle. I love my Bosch and was hoping this bottom drive bowl would work for me. I will try a lower hydration recipe but I like 78-80% so sad face."
"I purchased this for my new Bosch because I was having issues with fresh milled sourdough riding up the center post. This bowl has no center post, is stainless steel and easy to clean. I've used it twice and both times it did an excellent job of kneading the bread. I used the lowest setting for sourdough and the first two settings for yeast bread. The bowl holds more dough as there is no center post. It is pricey."
"Here’s what I think. I’m disappointed in nutrimill for the third time. I’ve purchased the impact mill, I’ve purchased the artiste with all the accessories and the plastic bowl twice, because the first time it wasn’t working properly so they replaced it only to do the same thing that the first one was doing, screeching really loud and the middle shaft just falls off after the kneading process. And it is so hard to clean and dry that it had mold inside the middle shaft in those ridges that are hard to get at. I had to take it apart so I could somehow get rid of the mold. So now I purchased the stainless steel bowl with the bottom drive, the first thing when I received it, the packaging was horrible, it was clinking in the box when I opened it, the metal drive was not wrapped it was just thrown in there and scratched the lid and the sides of the bowl. Still makes a screeching noise, the inside drive/paddle or hook…. scrapes so hard against the bowl that it’s actually making a scuffed up ring around the bowl. So needless to say of all the troubles I’ve had, I’m being generous in rating it a three star. I’m going to save my money and buy something more reliable down the road. With all the money I already spent here I should have bought something different to begin with."

"Why did I wait a year to order? I love this bowl so much! It holds 2 additional loaves and doesn’t puff out so much flour when I start. It is SO much easier to clean. I just loooove it! I feel like it should be an option to order the mixer with just this bowl for micro bakers who use their mixer mostly for bread. It’s easier to hold to dump the dough, the sides are cleaner, and there is no annoying center column. 12/10. I’m in love."

"Started baking 4 whole wheat sourdough breads some 3 years ago in my kitchen's gas oven in cast iron pans from Cuisiland. Had bought NutriMill's Artiste first to mix and develop the dough. That mixer is still my favorite, no problems with it. The center post holds easily because I use 80% hydration and the dough is softly spinning around. But after a year, I upgraded to the Bosch with the white bowl, mainly because of the blender I could use with it. However, with the Bosch and while using a lot of dough, some dough creeps into the center post and wraps around the stem inside. Do not like that, the Artiste's stem design is better. So, I thought trying the bottom drive stainless steel bowl. After one mix with a lot of dough, I found that the dough does not clear the bowl's wall very well when mixed for even 15 minutes. The white plastic bowls all clear. However, the metal bowl does not rock and sits tight. Also, the dough does not rise cause there is no center column. The bowl seems to be big enough to mix dough for five of my loaves. More pluses than minuses and I am pleased. But the bottom drive stainless steel bowl is expensive. Could have stayed with the Artiste and be a happy camper."
