"Didn’t think it would make much difference, I was wrong. When creaming butter and sugar or making cake frosting, I never have to scrape the bowl once. It’s a little annoying that you have to wash yet another attachment, but the time saved from just doing the work and never having to pause more than makes up for a few moments you have to spend washing something."
