"I have not used it yet. The paddle is heavier weight than the one that came with the machine. The pans are heavy. I'm disappointed I didn't get a booklet of recipes for my new machine. I have to search all over the internet for helpful advice."

"We haven't used the bread pans as yet, but replaced the dough hook that came with our Artiste after making our first batch of bread. It works so much better, and is more stable to knead the dough. I am learning to use the new equipment, but will take time. I've made 3 batches of bread, and a double batch of cinnamon roll dough so far. I also tried to make butter in the Artiste, but think it gets too warm, and ruined the butter. I need to work around this and put in a separate bowl and use a hand mixer for butter. That's why I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars. Overall, I am very happy we got the Artiste - the bread is getting better and better after each time using it."
