"My new Bosch replaced a 51 year old kitchen aid that labored with dough for more than 2 loaves. I made the jump and I am impressed with everything I have tried so far. The chocolate chip cookie dough was fabulous and the creamy result of butter and sugar was quicker and better than my prior stand mixer."
"So far they are good we’ll see if the plastic breaks like the previous ones I purchased. So far I haven’t been happy with the plastic paddles. This is the third set of paddles I’ve purchased and a different design. Let’s hope I don’t have to throw away another batch when a paddle breaks and I have bits of plastic in my batter."

"When I received the cookie and cake paddles it clearly says that the paddle is not usable with a plastic, white driver but that was not emphasized In the description of the paddles. I also didn't realize that a stainless mixer is not fitted with a metal driver. Returning these paddles"
"Wish these was metal like the head piece they insert in. This broke the first time I used it. I love my Bosch but with it having such a strong motor you would think the attachments would be heavy duty as well."
