Everything works exactly like the description says so far. We haven’t used it a ton but what we have used it for, it has met every expectation. We are glad we purchased it.

It is easy to use and I am able to grind as much or as little as I want.
The support materials were better than average but would have liked more recipes
I hope to be able to use it more and more as I learn how to incorporate these types of food into our diet

This is my first grain mill. So far I have used it for white and red wheat, black beans and garbanzo beans.
It worked fantastic on all of them. For the beans I used the largest grind, then set it to medium and ran them back through then to fine and ran them through again. Worked like a charm. I have used the garbanzo bean flour to make hummus and some crackers. I use the black bean flour to add to sweet baked goods to add more fiber. I have used the wheat flour to make cookies and brownies.
I plan on using the ground wheat in a bread machine as soon as I order a scale to weigh the flour.
I like that this machine is small. I remember the grain mill my mother had back in the 80’s and it was really big and took up a lot of counter space.
If you want to work whole grains into your recipes this mill works great.
The documentation was easy to read and follow. I recommend reading it before you do anything with the mill.
I am happy with my purchase 🙂

Easy to use! The convenience of having it be small enough to keep in my kitchen so I can use it whenever I need fresh flour is amazing. I also love how beautiful it is, I almost feel like it should be on display.

Excellent – Instructions and manuals are thorough. It makes very fine flour.
My previous mill was used and did not have any owner’s manual. It’s great to have one with this mill.
Thank you for making this mill available at a good price.

I began using the mill as soon as it was unpacked and found it very easy to get the desired results with all the grains, rice and beans I chose to mill. The fact that it is smaller than my old mill and fits successfully on my counter makes for ease of milling smaller quantities often.
Easy to follow directions in the operating process and cleaning instructions. Am looking forward to trying the recipes in the recipe booklet

The mill does an excellent job of grinding my grains and does so more quietly than other mills I have used. I am able to get a fine flour without any problem. There is VERY little flour dust making clean up quick and easy, as opposed to other mills I have used that I wouldn’t even grind inside because of the mess it would make. The recipes gave me ideas of things I could make for my family that I other wise would not have thought to do. There is a learning curve to using this mill. I did, at first, find myself wishing that the adjustment dial had much more definitive markings so it would be easier to know that I was turning it in the correct direction. Overall: Excellent mill, very helpful instructions. I would recommend this mill.

I’m so excited! I have been waiting for all my flour to be used so that I could switch over to whole grain flour as I need it!
I love going to classes at participating Bosch stores as an added benefit of owning these necessary items!
I’m very pleased! I highly recommend the Nutrimill!
I also love that returning customers are sent offers to new products and that there is a benefit of online recipes that are proven fantastic by experts!
My next goal is to be a Bosch mixer pro and share my love of both my mixer and now my Nutrimill!

I am surprised that it isn’t messy considering the method of delivery of the flour after it is ground since it doesn’t flow into an enclosed container.
The materials seemed to cover any and all questions I had when I was operating the mill.
There is definitely a learning curve to using this model of NUTRIMILL. I found that I need to begin grinding at a course setting and quickly move to a finer setting because the mill will not start grinding at the fine setting that I prefer.
I also like the design of the Harvest Mill because it looks nice enough that I can leave it sitting out as a decorator feature in my kitchen.

At first it seemed to work slowly, but now that I am accustomed to how to work it it works very well. I love the design so I can leave it on my counter and use several times a week.
