Saf-Instant Red Label Yeast is a granular free-flowing yeast for use in doughs with sugar levels of up to 12%, better known as the Baker's percent. SAF Instant is one of the easiest instant yeasts to use. It saves you time because you don't need to dissolve it in water before using it. Use about 25% less than active dry.
