"We purchased the ice cream bundle with our Bosche mixer. We received 3 pkgs of junket along with. We immediately made our first ice cream using our new product. It was so easy to use following the instructions and it turned out delicious. We try to cut our sugar down as much as possible so used Monk fruit instead of cane sugar. It turned out perfect! Very pleased!!!"
