"The first recipe I used for this mixer was Italian meatballs. The mixer had no issues with power for mixing the ground meat and all of the other ingredients. It was easy to dismantle and clean. It stays suctioned to the countertop solidly and didn't move at all while mixing. I also love the lid that opens easily to add ingredients. Wish I had bought this sooner. Was definitely worth the small investment!"
"I’m somewhat disappointed in the ice cream maker as well as the boxes of Junket mixes. I followed the directions exactly and after 25 minutes of churning, what emerged was not ice cream consistency, but rather a soft creamy texture that started melting as soon as we were able to scrape it from the bottom of the drum. The Junket yielded very little “ice cream”. I won’t be ordering that product. My grandkids were so disappointed! I will try again, making my own recipe, to see what results I get with this ice cream attachment to my Artiste. I hope I don’t find that this was an expensive mistake. Cynthia Magnus"

"I made my first batch following the vanilla recipe in the booklet (I can’t wait to try all the recipes in that!) and added homemade wild blueberry earl gray jam and Oreo pieces - came out soooo good. Stored nicely. It scooped well, and tasted creamy. It used a lot of ice (about 5. 5lb) thought but it was also during a heatwave."

"Can someone please tell me what’s going on? I tried to make ice cream for the first time tonight and when I took the package out the box said 2027 but the contents of the package inside the box said 25 talking about the year here. So the mixer is going right now. I’m going everything right by the book all the directions and it’s been going for like I don’t know probably almost 30 minutes now little over 30 minutes maybe and it’s not harden enough at all I don’t know if it’s because the contents was expired or what can someone please answer me thank you very much."
