Shoulda got it sooner
"I have had the Universal Plus for probably a year and never used it cause I have an Ankersrum. But I wanted to see if I could make more cookies at a time so dug it out and only use it now. Just got the bowl scraper and LOVE IT. No more scraping down the bowl as it was a pain doing that. . Its so easy don't know why I didn't get it sooner. It is a booger to get off the alum holder but it does come apart for washing."

Bowl scraper is a game changer
"Didn’t think it would make much difference, I was wrong. When creaming butter and sugar or making cake frosting, I never have to scrape the bowl once. It’s a little annoying that you have to wash yet another attachment, but the time saved from just doing the work and never having to pause more than makes up for a few moments you have to spend washing something."
