"Everything seems to be high quality except the scraper blades are a bit flimsy, I'm thankful there's an extra set of them in the pack because I feel I will need them at some point. Otherwise I'm very pleased with the baker pack and glad I decided to order them."
"I would say this is a nice mixer. I didn't give it 5 stars because the scraper attachment doesn't attach to all the mixer parts to clear off the sides and center. I have to use 2 parts to mix cookies because of this "flaw"."
"The Artiste mixer is very new to me, and as I was using it for my Easter baking, it was a little difficult scraping the bowl since unlike the tilt head stand mixers, the beaters were in the way. I told my husband that I wish I had the scraper (the bundle was due that day). He walked outside, then voila, came right back in with the box. It worked great and I liked that it scraped both the center and the outside of the bowl. It looked like it would be difficult to put together, but it was actually very easy. I haven't tried the cake or cookie paddles yet, but I'm sure I'll be pleased. I already know that I'll be hitting my husband up for the shredder attachment for Christmas!"

"My first attempt with the Nutrimill was easy however the second attempt was a little awkward due toThe fact that new items were difficult to put together bowl scraper is hard to snap to metal whip drive and I really had to push down for the dough hook to fit in place. Also when I tried to remove the bowl the drive shaft came loose and out of the bowl at the same time."
