Thank you for preordering with NutriMill! Please review the terms below before placing your order.

Payment

Preorders are charged in full at the time your order is placed.

Estimated Delivery

Each preorder item displays an ETA (estimated time of arrival). This is an estimated date, not a guaranteed ship date. We will do our best to ship your order by the ETA, but manufacturing and shipping timelines can change, and we cannot guarantee it. If your order is significantly delayed, we will contact you with an updated estimate.

Cancellations

You may cancel your preorder for a full refund at any time before it ships. To cancel, please contact our customer service team with your order number. Once your order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled, but it is still covered by our return policy.

Returns

Preorders are covered by our standard 30-day return policy. The 30-day return window begins on the date your order is delivered, not the date it was placed.
