"I was disappointed to see that my items were packed loosely in a box without a baggie. I bought extras because I wanted to replace them frequently since you’re not supposed to wash them (I’m a germophobe). It’s quite a bummer and I’ll probably hold off on future orders for now."

The plastic holder had broken and this was the recommended replacement. It works better than the original piece. If anyone is reading this with the same problem do not worry."
