"I am brand new to sourdough bread making. In fact, I’m still working with the starter to get it to where I can use it! I found out online it could take 5 to 7 days for the starter to be ready but the instructions stopped at two days so I thought it only took two days and I was kind of upset until I found more information online. The quality of all of the products is really good and I’m sure I will Get a lot of use out of it! I’m on day four of the starter and anxious to get moving!"
