"It may be some time before I use this product. I can say that the representative I spoke with when ordering was most helpful and gave me good advise on the proper tool to use when mixing stiff batters and breads. (The paddles I am replacing broke soon after I received them upon first or second use, most probably because I was using them to mix a very stiff cookie mix. It might be better to rename them to something other than Cookie Paddles for a rookie like me :). )"

"I tried making cookies following exactly what the instructions stated to do with the cookie paddles, but after getting everything mixed, the paddles started making a horrible squeaking noise as it was mixing. I had to stop the mixer and detach the paddles and finish up by hand. I expected the paddles to perform better."
